My Journey
Hello, I’m Rae, the founder and artist behind Inked by Eleven.
My journey into the world of permanent makeup began with a dual passion: the transformative power of color theory in lip enhancements, and the low-maintenance beauty of a long-lasting lash lift. I was captivated by how subtle lip blush and lip neutralization techniques could dramatically correct and enhance, bringing a client’s dream look to life. At the same time, I found myself drawn to lash lifts for their ability to offer a dramatic, yet low-maintenance enhancement, rivaling the look of extensions without the upkeep.
With these passions at my core, I founded Inked by Eleven in 2023 to bring personalized beauty transformations to Vienna, Virginia, and the surrounding DC metropolitan area. My mission is simple: to help you achieve your dream lips and lashes with treatments that are uniquely yours.
